ChatGPT, an AI language model, has gained significant attention for its potential to enhance educational experiences and foster interactive learning environments. The potential of student interaction via ChatGPT has engendered significant debate around educational technology. It is apparent that the current literature has yet to fully explore the role of ChatGPT in management education. Amidst the increasing integration of ChatGPT into educational contexts, the concept of continuance intention takes center stage. This research paper delves into the nuanced landscape of students’ continuance intention regarding the use of ChatGPT in educational settings.
