Public opinion analytics provided extremely helpful insight into the most effective course of action for public health officials to take during the present COVID-19 epidemic. At the same time, as the COVID-19 pandemic revealed, the propagation of misinformation made possible by technologies and online platforms has proven to be a greater threat to global public health than the disease itself. Examining people's views on Twitter can shed light on the public's perspectives on social alienation. A method that automatically recognizes and categorizes the subjective information in textual data is known as sentiment analysis.
