in recent literature. It is though conceptually unclear, with no consensus achieved on its
definition among researchers. This paper provides a brief review of the recent advances in
green finance research. It uses a bibliometric analysis approach to summarize the status
quo and development trends of green finance. We assist establishing a solid conceptual
base and guidance to future research directions.
