Conversation of a deaf-mute with a normal person has always been an uphill task which makes his life harder than it already is. Our matter of concern in this paper is to develop an efficient system which will assist such people in not only making mundane conversations with their peers effortlessly but also carry out their daily chores efficiently without being entirely dependent on others thus abating their problems by deploying a system incorporating Amazon Polly, a text to speech service based on deep learning technique that will convert their gestures to life-like voice and monitoring their health status to an enormous extent and making life easier for them using power of Internet of Things. In this proposed model each deaf and mute person in a hospital system will be given an identical voice using Amazon Polly service which can differentiate all the individuals and will definitely prove to be a boon as no such systems exists till date. Sophistication and modernization in embedded systems and IoT bestows us with a pedestal to design and develop a system which will not only revolutionize the biomedical industry but also give differently-abled people an opportunity to match shoulder to shoulder with us. For the elderly people one more technological use can be made through the augmented use of Smart Devices and Mobile Technologies in the field of health and hence make a great impact on the world .
