Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction based on the solidification of floating organic droplets for HPLC determination of three strobilurin fungicides in cereals

X Huang, Z Du, B Wu, L Jia, X Wang… - Food Additives & …, 2020 - Taylor & Francis
In this paper, a dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction method based on the solidification of
floating organic droplets, combined with high-performance liquid chromatography (DLLME-
SFOD-HPLC), was developed for the detection of strobilurin fungicides (azoxystrobin,
pyraclostrobin, and trifloxystrobin) in cereals. Natural fatty acids were used as an extractant
and have low toxicity, density, and freezing point. The extractant nonanoic acid was evenly
dispersed as droplets in sample solution and was then solidified in the upper layer of …

Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction based on solidification of floating organic drop: Determination of nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs in water

F Siouri, F Abujaber, A Mubarak… - Separation Science …, 2022 - Wiley Online Library
Dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction based on solidification of floating organic drop
method is a highly efficient method optimized for the first time in the determination of trace
levels of ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, and ketoprofen in water samples. Several
important parameters affecting the dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction based on
solidification of floating organic drop (extraction solvent, ionic strength, pH, dispersion
solvent, vortex, and centrifugation times) were studied and optimized using a univariate …
