The aim of the study was the quality of life (QoL) researching of patients with bronchial asthma (BA), depending on the fixed emotional-psychological disorders (FEPD) and their dynamics under the influence of various modes of therapy. On 1st stage were examined 207 patients with asthma and 82 healthy subjects (control group) using conventional clinical, psychological and instrumental methods of diagnosis. At 2d phase was formed sample of 78 outpatients with asthma (mild-8, moderate-40, severe asthma-30) to determine the dynamics of QoL under the influence of psychotropic drugs (Аphobazol and Pyracetam/Tiotriazolin) in treatment of BA. It was found that asthma patients in general are significantly lower in all respects QoL physical, mental status, and general health measures health assessment compared with the previous year compared to those of control group. QoL parameters depend on the severity of asthma. Severe BA is associated with low QoL parameters taking into account the mental, physical status, and general health and vital capacity, causing annual decline in assessing the level of his ill health. QoL is progressively reduced, not only because of the progression of the severity of asthma, but also subject to the adverse impacts associated clinically relevant FEPD. The most vulnerable are the indicators of physical and emotional problem roles in limiting the life, mental health and general health, which severity becomes critical in patients with severe persistent asthma in combination with high levels of FEPD. The performance" the role of physical and emotional problems in limiting the life"," mental" and" general health", the level of reduction which becomes critical in patients with severe persistent asthma is stricken much strongly. High levels of FEPD in patients with asthma combined with low QoL level while reducing the physical status parameters averaged 41.3%, mental status-40.3% overall health perception-62.4% viability-42, 1%, this category of patients is celebrated annually on the deterioration of health by an average of 28.8%. Using antianxiety preparation Aphobazol against the background of basic therapy has significantly better effect on the clinical symptoms, the components of the psychic QoL for patients with moderate BA. Combination therapy with the inclusion of nootropic preparation Piracetam/Tiotriazoline has significantly better effect on the parameters of the physical component of QoL, which is more typical for individuals with severe asthma.
