The article has been focused on the problem of the competitive strategy development. The methodological approach to the industrial enterprises competitive strategies development is based on a competitive position force analisys of the enterprise and level of the activity effectiveness as the main indicators of strategic goal level achieving was proposed. The specificity of repair services industrial enterprises has been taken into account in this methodological approach. The methodological bases of the definition of feasibility of the enterprise in the market with help of market competitive environment analatical-graphic method of estimation and the enterprise force competitive position has been improved. The matrix of strategic guidelines of development as a methodological instrument for the definition of strategic transformation level has been developed.
