Clinic, psychopathologic, psychological features of psychical deadaptation and quality of life of 88 relatives of 55 patients with a primary psychotic episode are studied by the authors. Systematic, complex, differentiated and successive program of prophylaxis of psychosomatic deadaptation is developed for the relatives of the mentally ill. Five primary prophylactic work assignments are selected. It is indicated on its sufficient efficiency and possibility of application for relatives both on stationary and ambulatory stages of treatment of patients with a primary psychotic episode.
