Traditional medicines are rich sources of drugs [1]. As the COVID-19 disaster is rife and western drugs have not been able to halt its sojourn, pragmatic approach towards combination of traditional and western medicine seem apt in withstanding COVID-19 pandemic [2]. World health organization (WHO) recommended several strategies and medication for alleviating COVID-19.
