This study aims to conduct a literature review related to how effective the use of the show-

Abstract
This study aims to conduct a literature review related to how effective the use of the show-and-tell method in learning English vocabulary. The research method chosen in this study is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Data collection was carried out by reviewing all articles related to the effectiveness of the show-and-tell method in learning English vocabulary which were published in the period 2014-2023. The articles used in this study were around 25 accredited national journal articles obtained from the Google Scholar database using the Publish or Perish applications. Based on this research, it was found that using the show-and-tell method was very effective in increasing students' knowledge in understanding English vocabulary. Article History:
