Therefore, this paper describes the application of A* Algorithm and road network as parts of the development for the ambulance routing system. Methods mention is used in finding the shortest distance for the ambulances located at Klinik Kesihatan Shah Alam (KKSA) to the emergency sites. Based on the results obtained, we can say that routes that satisfy the 10 minutes response time has been generated by the algorithm for the EMS ambulances. It is always a preferable if ambulances can arrive at the incident faster as many lives can be saved.
