Nanostructured zinc oxide (nsZnO) films have been fabricated onto conducting indium–tin–
oxide (ITO) coated glass plate, by cathodic electro-deposition to immobilize probe DNA
specific to M. tuberculosis via physisorption based on strong electrostatic interactions
