Data on clinical measures was collected between April 2022 and September 2022 from publications and online resources of federal institutions discussing the approval and dissemination of COVID-19 health interventions. This includes information from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Government Accountability Office (GAO), and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). Additionally, professional journals were scoured using
