Objectives: This study was designed to establish the diagnostic accuracy of cardiovascular
magnetic resonance (CMR) perfusion imaging at 3-Tesla (T) in suspected coronary artery
disease (CAD). Background: Myocardial perfusion imaging is considered one of the most
