Abstract Characterization of hot dense plasma (HDP) with its parameters temperature,
electron density, skin depth, plasma frequency is demonstrated in this work. The
dependence of HDP parameters on temperature and electron density is discussed. The ratio
of the intensities of spectral lines within HDP is calculated as a function of electron
