The following paper reports results on building software for image texture analysis. The main
goal was to create an efficient tool for quantitative analysis of magnetic resonance images.
The software was written to compute a variety of texture features (parameters) based on
image histogram, co-occurrence and run-length matrices, image gradient, auto-regressive
model and wavelet transform. Calculated features may be presented in a form of text list or in
images (feature maps).
