Constructing a risk management indicator model for travel agencies: A resource integration perspective
This study integrated resource-based theory and resource dependence theory, and
introduced risk management on Taiwan's travel agencies. First, through in-depth interviews
with experts and content analysis, preliminary items were generated. Second, using the
