The study of antimicrobial-resistant Propionibacterium acnes was not conducted regularly,
especially in Indonesia. Conversely, regular monitoring of antibiotic efficacy through in vitro
testing to assess the evolution of current resistance patterns is obligated; thus, filling the gap
