The outer membrane of Pseudomonas aeruginosa functions primarily as a permeability
barrier and imparts a broad spectrum of intrinsic antibiotic resistance. Herein, we describe
the synthesis, characterization, and antimicrobial evaluation of a targeted polymeric micelle
that specifically permeabilizes the outer membrane and potentiates antibiotic activity against
P. aeruginosa.
