However the fast movement results in the misalignment of anxiety bolt of their respective gap. So the job cannot be properly fixed in the machine vice. While performing operation in the machine vice, it cannot resist the vibration that happened in the operation, this will reduces the comfort between the job and machine. In this project screw less machine vice is considered as a major work to reduce the discomfort present with the human workers by using DFA approach. In the existing screw fewer machines vice the tension bolt is used to lock the movement of movable jaw in order to clamp the work piece. But there are some demerits in the existing vice such as misalignment of tension bolt due to this movable jaw has only less amount of gripping force to hold the job in the vice. In order to overcome the above problem slight adjustment is made in the design by sliding action with the help of link support which looks similar like movement of piston and connecting rod. In the new design the cubic block produces sliding action with the support of rectangular plate which is located in between movable jaw and triangular piece. Hence in this project attempt has been made to improve the assembly time of product using DFA Software.
