Perovskite solar cell is a type of thin film solar cells and gaining much attention now a days.
In the present work Perovskite solar cell was developed using methyl ammonium lead
iodide, the cell was fabricated using doctor blading technique and tested in ambient
conditions. The efficiency and fill factor of the cell was measured as 6.24% and 0.64
respectively.
