The electro-hydraulic servo system is used in various kinds of industrial application. The
system is characterised by their ability to impart large force and high dynamic response. This
paper is focus on design-analysis of nonlinear electro-hydraulic servo system and
displacement control at different combine frequency of symmetric double acting hydraulic
actuator using MATLAB Simulink. The PID controller is used to control the actuator

This paper is focus on design-analysis of nonlinear electro-hydraulic servo system and displacement control at different combine frequency of symmetric double acting hydraulic actuator using MATLAB Simulink. The PID controller is used to control the actuator displacement with high accuracy. The analysis of systems characteristics like flow discharge, piston chamber pressure, actuator displacement, actuator velocity and required solenoid current to the solenoids.
