The study focused on the ease of doing business as it affects private investment in Nigeria,
using a time series data sourced from the Central Bank of Nigeria statistical Bulletin. The
Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model bound testing approach was employed for the
study and the overall results confirmed that there exist a long run and short relationship
