This study aims to examine and analyze legal dualism in the establishment of a Limited Liability Company. The Job Creation Act permits the establishment of a Limited Liability Company without using a notary deed, but only with a statement letter on the establishment of the company. This is very different from the provisions contained in the Limited Liability Company Law which requires the establishment of a Limited Liability Company to be established by a minimum of 2 (two) persons with a Notary deed in Indonesian. So that this difference in rules has caused a polemic in society. This research is expected to provide an understanding of the establishment of a Limited Liability Company before and after the enactment of the Job Creation Act. This research is a normative juridical research using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that the enactment of the Job Creation Act itself does not result in legal dualism in the establishment of a Limited Liability Company because the Job Creation Act itself is an amendment to the Limited Liability Company Law but was made using the omnibus law concept.
