The diacylglycerol kinases (DGK) regulate diacylglycerol-based signals by phosphorylating
this key lipid intermediate to phosphatidic acid. Here, we have investigated the spatial and
temporal regulation of diacylglycerol kinase ζ (DGKζ) in living Jurkat T-cells expressing a
