Inceptive studies were done on using Rotational/Spin arc technique for Wire Arc Additive
Manufacturing (WAAM). A wall of low alloy steel was build and the effect of rotating the arc
on the mechanical properties and the microstructural properties were studied. Tensile
testing conducted across multiple directions shows an average tensile strength of 550 MPa
