In order to evaluate the effects of different levels of zinc sulphate (0, 30, 60 kg ha-1) as main plot and of nitrogen (N) fertilizer rates (0, 50, 100, 150 kg ha-1) as sub plot, on yield and yield components of oilseed rape (Hyola 308 cultivar). A two growing seasons (2007-2009) field experiment was conducted at the Research Station of Agricultural and Natural Resources in Kaki region, (Bushehr Province). The experimental design was split plots arranged in randomized complete block design with four replications. Zinc sulphate application had no significant effect on plant height and 1000-grain weight but zinc sulphate fertilizer application significantly increased number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant and seed yield. Increased N fertilizer application significantly increased plant height, number of branches per plant, number of pods per plant and seed yield. Results showed 60 kg ha-1 of zinc sulphate and 150 kg ha-1 of nitrogen treatment had the highest grain yield, number of pods per plant and 1000-grain weight.
