The efficacy of perioperative seizure prophylaxis in seizure-naïve glioma patients is still
controversial. Thus we conducted this meta-analysis to assess the effectiveness of
perioperative prophylactic antiepileptic drugs (AEDs) on postoperative seizures in seizure-
