Background Performing accurate anatomical reconstruction is a challenging task in the
treatment of internal orbital floor fractures. Compared with traditional transcutaneous
incisions, endoscopic transmaxillary approaches have the advantage of avoiding
complications related to external scars, and provide direct access to the orbital floor.
