The present study was aimed at developing capecitabine loaded poly (lactic-co-glycolic
acid)(PLGA Cap) based nanoparticles (NPs) formulation as a biodegradable polymeric drug
carrier to treat colon cancer. NPs were prepared by the double emulsion solvent evaporation
