Exacum tenue (Blume) Klack.(Gentianaceae), a small achlorophyllous mycoheterotrophic
herb, is reported here for the first time from the Arunachal Pradesh, Eastern Himalaya. A
detailed taxonomic description along with photographs and an identification key to the
closely related species are provided for scientific validation.
