The maximum power point tracking is required to enhance the efficiency of the photovoltaic
system. The traditional perturb and observe algorithm is common and generate the
problems of oscillations at steady state condition. In this paper the intellegent fuzzy logic
system is used to develop the maximum power point algorithm. The algorithm is simulated in
the MATLAB/Simulink environment and the results are compared with traditional perturb and
observe algorithm.
