Poisoning, both accidental and intentional, is a significant contributor to the mortality and
morbidity throughout the world. The commonest pesticide poisoning is organophosphates
followed by phosphides. Ingestion of phosphides can induce severe gastrointestinal
irritation leading to hemorrhage and ulcerations. Gastrointestinal hemorrhages and
