Thirty six soybean genotypes were evaluated for their morphological traits and the extent of
genetic variability. Analysis of variance revealed that the genotypes were highly significant
for all the characters studied, indicating the existence of considerable magnitude of
variability. The higher value of PCV, GCV, h2 and GAM for the traits like plant height (cm),
primary branches plant-1, clusters plant-1, pods plant-1, seed yield plant-1 (g) and seed
