The paper is devoted to the development of heatmaps for analyzing user behavior on dynamic websites of catering establishments (Internet cafés, online restaurants, etc.) available via wireless remote access. The multiagent approach to organizing the communication within a catering establishment wireless network is offered. Method adapting heatmaps for web-applications based on point data on clients' activity is proposed. Algorithms and software have been developed to present information about user's actions on dynamic websites most understandably and simply by the binding of the data with structural elements of the above-mentioned websites. The activity of Internet cafe users based on the constructed heatmaps has been analyzed.
