High propylene/propane adsorption selectivity in a copper (catecholate)-decorated porous organic polymer

A porous organic polymer decorated with high densities of copper (catecholate) groups was
prepared and characterized. Single-component propylene and propane isotherms
measured at ambient temperatures and ideal adsorption solution theory (IAST) calculations
revealed increasing propylene/propane selectivities with increasing pressures.
