To reduces the need for technological developments to exclude the humanistic element of every state civil apparatus, several countries in the era of society 5.0 implemented Human Experience Management into their governance system. This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive Human Experience Management to serve as the basis for fostering the management of state civil servants in the Government. This study uses a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis methods based on literature studies. The results of this study describe an analysis of four important aspects that need to be applied in the application of Human Experience Management. In its implementation, these four aspects are continuously monitored and evaluated, so that the leaders and employees can contribute optimally to achieve the agency's performance goals together.
