Hybrid polyaniline/polyamide-6 fibers and nonwoven materials for assembling organic memristive elements

In this work, single fibers and nonwoven materials were produced from polyamide-6 by
electrospinning. Covering with polyaniline (PANI) by in situ polymerization makes such
materials conductive and suitable for use as a resistive-switching medium in memristive
elements. Achieved conductivity (up to 1 S/cm) allowed us to assemble memristors using the
