The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of internal factors that affect financing in sharia banking in Indonesia. These internal factors include, Third Party Funds (DPK), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Operational Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO). The research was conducted at Syariah Commercial Bank and Sharia Business Unit in Indonesia on 2012-2017. The results showed that the Third Party Fund (DPK) had a significant positive effect on the financing of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect on the financing of sharia banks in Indonesia. Non Performing Finnancing (NPF) has a significant negative effect on the financing of sharia banks in Indonesia. Operational Expense to Operating Income (BOPO) has a significant negative effect on the financing of sharia banks in Indonesia.
