The carrier dynamics study of emerging near infrared (NIR) absorbing materials is an
essential need to develop device technology toward enhanced NIR light harvesting. In this
study, we have documented the design of an indigenously developed time correlated single
photoncounting (TCSPC) system working in the NIR (900 nm–1700 nm) spectral region. The
