METHOD Taking the generality of this principle into account, we will analyze the motion of a
kinematically asym metric rotating two cutter tool (diameter D) in a uni form and isotropic
medium, with zero initial condi tions. As already noted, the angular velocity ωro and radius
vector ρ of the tool's center will increase as long as the resultant tangential component of the
cutting force is nonzero [1, 2]. Then, the velocity of the tool's center will exceed the maximum
relative cutting speed
