The core features of Moodle Learning Management System (MLMS) at the University of Namibia (UNAM) have been extended to enhance and maximize its use by integrating the following interactive tools: Mahara e-Portfolio, e-Ticketing System, Panopto, Open Cast, Ouriginal, and BigBlueButton. This chapter presents experiences and perceptions of lecturers and students towards teaching and learning online using Moodle and its integrated learning tools. This chapter adopted a qualitative research method by employing a case study research design with two separate surveys distributed to students and lecturers; and interviews with the management of e-learning and Learning Design. It has been found that interactive tools support a wide range of uses and enhance the university's virtual learning environment usability and ease of use. However, both lecturers and students experienced technical related challenges. The study recommends improved infrastructure and capacity building to enhance the quality of teaching and learning during the current pandemic and beyond.
