The main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the socio-economic status and
traditional values and survival values on the authoritarian or authoritarian orientation among
the citizens of the two cities of Ahwaz and Yasouj. The population of this study is all
residents of 16 years old living in Ahvaz and Yasouj, among whom 770 people were
