This research aims to understand Bangladesh’s policy toward Rohingya Refugees. Bangladesh has a long history housing Refugee from Myanmar although Bangladesh itself is not a signatory state of the 1951 Refugee Covention or 1967 Protocol. Nowadays Bangladesh has the biggest Rohingya Refugees in the world with total amount around 1 million refugees. This Rohingya refugees who come continuously to Bangladesh become a threat for its national economy and security. Rohingya is Muslim ethnic minority in Myanmar and become the most persecuted ethnic in the world because they have no citizenship. This conditions make Rohingya very vulnerable getting violations of human right, discrimination, abuse, and oppression. This research use qualitative methodology through secondary sources from books, journal, and website.
