Abstract
Environmental eco-friendly condensation of carboxylic acids with alcohols proceeded smoothly to afford esters, by using the combination of a novel l-valine amido ethyl methyl imidazolium bromide [l-Vaemim]Br and DBU, under solvent free condition.
