In this cross-sectional study, 211 women were assessed for atopic dermatitis (AD) flares. AD
flares were associated with premenstrual syndrome but not with other disorders. Only 17.7%
of those with a history of pregnancy reported worsening of their AD symptoms during
pregnancy.
