Light-emitting Substance-coated phosphor particles and light-emitting devices employing
phosphor particles and light-emitting Substances are provided. Also provided are light-
emitting devices employing a layer of phosphor mate rial that is covered by at least one layer
of light-emitting polymers and/or light-emitting Small molecules, and meth ods of making
same.
