Neuroblastoma is the most common childhood solid tumor, yet the prognosis for high-risk
disease remains poor. We demonstrate here that arginase 2 (ARG2) drives neuroblastoma
cell proliferation via regulation of arginine metabolism. Targeting arginine metabolism, either
