The heat distribution in the multi-layered human eye is a subject of interest for its thermal
stability. The investigation of temperature distributions in multi-layered human eye has been
carried out by taking into account that the cornea is exposed to the atmospheric temperature
and heat loss is due to conduction, radiation and evaporation. In this paper, the variational
finite element technique has been employed to a one dimensional transient heat equation.
The solution of the formulated model has been carried out by Laplace transform.
Abstract
