Meta Narrative Gender Responsive Values in Jurisprudence Subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiah. Fikih has an important role for the life of a Muslim. It became one of the foundations in the practice by affirming how a Muslim behaves in the category of halal, haram, mubah, makruh, and so forth. In the discourse for students of Madrasah Ibtidaiah, the Fikih is a science that must be learned from an early age because it becomes the initial foundation of understanding Muslim children in behaving by understanding which is praised and loved by Allah, and which attitudes or steps are not in accordance with the corridors of Islamic teachings. This study aims to analyze the Core Competencies and Basic Competencies of Fikih Madrasah Ibtidaiah subjects by looking at (1) the potential of sexism and gender biased content, and (2) values that are optimized/developed in order to develop a gender responsive spirit within the scope of Fikih in Madrasah Ibtidaiah. The problem in this research is how is the meta narrative of gender responsive values in fiqh subjects in madrasah ibtidaiah? The purpose of this study is to describe the meta-narrative of gender responsive values in the subjects of fiqh in madrasah ibtidaiah? This research is a library research. The data obtained were analyzed based on three angles of the model, namely Teun A. Van Dijk's social cognisis model for gender relations perspective, Sara Mills feminist model for position perspective, and Norman Fairlough social change model for content perspective. Based on the results of the analysis, operational verbs in the realm of attitude and knowledge give a responsive spirit of gender, while the psychomotor domain (skills) can be further optimized in terms of feminist position, content, and representation in Syar'iyyah science.
